Port Authority Response Vessel Blasting & Painting

TW Woods was engaged to provide industrial surface treatment services on a Port Authority Response Vessel. The scope included abrasive blasting and painting of the external surfaces, deck, and internal gunwales of the vessel while carefully masking areas that required protection particularly the interior cabin, which was excluded from blasting and painting.

The process involved a Class 2.5 blast, followed by a dual-coat marine-grade paint system for long-lasting corrosion protection. The vessel was fully prepared, treated, and returned ready for duty.
